1st Class Real Estate, founded in 2013 by Rhyan Finch (Chief Executive Officer) and Rhendi Crisanti (Chief Operating Officer) started with only a handful of agents and has rapidly grown to include 2 branch locations, 10 franchises in 7 states, and over 300 agents and staff. 1st Class’s proven model has the software, systems, procedures, and SUPPORT staff in place for every process you can think of including office operation procedures, lead generation, marketing & branding, closing coordination, inside sales agents, agent training, and more!

Rhyan is the broker, owner, and founder of 1st Class Real Estate and 1st Class Franchising. In 2005, Rhyan became a licensed real estate agent with a nationally known franchise firm in Virginia Beach and quickly exploded as he gained 100+ listings on the market after finding his niche in short sales! Rhyan became certified in Distressed Properties, Short Sales, & Foreclosures. As a new agent, Rhyan had great success and earned the Re/Max International 100% Club in 2007 and 2008.
In 2012, the team grew to selling over 900 homes and consequently was named the #7 Real Estate Team in the US by the Wall Street Journal and the #1 Platinum Mega Team In Hampton Roads by the Realtor Association. After this track record of success, Rhyan decided it was time for the team to branch out and founded 1st Class Real Estate, an independent real estate firm located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Rhendi Crisanti is our Chief Operations Officer. While attending college, she worked as an Assistant Manager of an independently-owned Franchise of Verizon Wireless from 2003-2004. After receiving her degree from the University of Phoenix in Information Technologies/Visual Communication, she freelanced in Graphic Design from 2006 to 2010. She spent many of those years volunteering her time as the lead organizer of a local playgroup organization with 50 members and organized a national online parenting support message board of over 100 moms across the country, called Moms on a Mission. It was at this time that she realized how much she enjoyed the operations side of things and ventured into the real estate world.
Rhendi joined her brother, Rhyan, in 2010 on the Rhyan Finch Real Estate Team which operated under a nationally known franchise firm. Rhendi managed operations while focusing largely on the REO department as she facilitated training with brokers and agents nationwide.


In 2015, Rhyan authored his book, Explode: The Proven System to Sell 500 Homes a Year While Keeping a Balanced Life. His vision for this book was to share his experiences and teach agents how to build their own real estate business as he has while maintaining freedom and balance.
